100 Hour Service

Every 100 hours (or once a year) your boat’s engine needs to have the following service:

  • CHANGE THE ENGINE OIL AND REPLACE THE OIL FILTER.

  • INSPECT THE THERMOSTAT.

  • CHECK THE LOW-PRESSURE FUEL FILTER FOR CONTAMINANTS.

  • CHECK THE TORQUE OF THE FASTENERS THAT SECURE THE OUTBOARD.

  • CHECK THE CORROSION CONTROL ANODES.

  • DRAIN AND REPLACE THE GEARCASE LUBRICANT.

  • INSPECT AND TEST BATTERY.

  • TEST RUN ENGINE AND DOWNLOAD ENGINE HISTORY ON COMPUTER DIAGNOSTICS.
